Our services are provided under a written service agreement executed separately from these Terms. Fees, including any set-up fee and any fee due upon closing, are set out in that agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.
7. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
614 Leads LLC is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages caused by your mobile carrier or network. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Age Restriction
